A stunning, beautiful semi detached cottage in a quiet neighbourhood down a country
lane near to the village of Scholar Lane. It has been constantly redeveloped over the
years and many extras have been added to the house from the original building.
The inside of the cottage has an entrance hall, sitting room, lounge area,
conservatory and a kitchen. There is a separate room for study and private
reading, and a breakfast kitchen for snacks and simple meals.
The garden has been landscaped and laid with new turf and the features of
the garden include a water fountain and walled borders. The garden has an
extensive view of the local countryside with access to walkways just down the road.
Car parking is not a problem as the driveway is blocked
paved and provides enough space for a few cars.
Ground level
Entrance hall is the first view of the house when you arrive through the front door,
the stairs lead to the first floor, central heating is provided for the cold days
and nights in this hall. Leading off the hall is the sitting room, a second set

Outside
The garden is the unique feature of the house, it has a number of water features
and it is regularly maintained. The garden extends a long length and at the end
there are a number of paths to access and to enjoy the countryside. Parking is
available in the driveway and the garden and outdoor areas of the cottage are lit
with security lights and the views fom the garden of the area are incredible.
